Returns, Exchange & Warranty Policy
At Foamco, we are committed to delivering premium furniture products and dependable after-sales service. The following policy outlines our warranty, return, exchange, delivery, and service terms in a clear and customer-friendly format.
Warranty Coverage
Foamco provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects starting from the date of delivery. The original invoice is required, and the warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products that have not been modified or misused.
10-Year Warranty
- Wooden structure of sofas and beds
- Foam core in locally manufactured sofas and foam mattresses
- Latex core in latex and memory foam mattresses
- Broken springs in spring mattresses
2-Year Warranty
- Bedroom sets and dining tables
- General maintenance and joint tightening only; spare parts are not included
Exclusions
- Misuse, negligence, or improper cleaning materials
- Exposure to moisture or liquids
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Clearance or as-is products
- Improper transport, storage, or installation
- Accessories, lamps, carpets, gifts, and consumable items
- Fabric damage caused by misuse
General Conditions
- Returns or exchanges are allowed within 3 days of invoice issuance, only if the product has not yet been delivered
- Any manufacturing defect must be confirmed through inspection
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and not custom-made
- Measurement service fees are non-refundable
Custom Orders
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged after 3 days from the invoice date. After this period, the order becomes final and binding.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
- For credit card payments, the refund request is submitted to the bank and may take up to 60 business days
- For payments made through Tamara, Tabby, or other store platforms, refunds are processed through the relevant platform
Delivery Terms
- If delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery fee of SAR 250 applies
- If the product cannot be brought into the location, the customer bears the cost of any crane or lifting equipment required
- If a return is requested after the delivery team has arrived, the delivery fee will be deducted
Storage Policy
- If collection is delayed for more than 5 days, a storage fee of SAR 50 per day applies
- The maximum storage period is 60 days
- After 60 days, Foamco reserves the right to dispose of the product without liability
Installation & Service
- If the customer is unavailable to receive the installation team, additional transport fees may apply
- Maintenance after the warranty period is available for a fee determined after inspection
- Repair duration is determined based on inspection findings
- Foamco is not responsible for any damage after the delivery receipt has been signed
Delay Compensation
- SAR 50 store credit is provided for each day of delay
- Maximum compensation is capped at 20% of the delayed product value only
- Compensation does not apply to official holidays or force majeure circumstances
Important Notice
- Foamco reserves the right to update these policies without prior notice
- Continued transactions with Foamco imply acceptance of any updated terms
- All policies are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent authorities
- Foamco shall not be responsible for obligations not expressly stated in these terms
